dc.description.abstract Gezira Family Medicine Project (GFMP) is the one of the pilot leading project in the state .Its established in April 2011 to improve health service delivery to the individual through all the state, and to access health service delivery to the remote areas. This study conducted at Gezira Family Medicine Project (GFMP) as the first and pilot leader of family medicine in Africa and Sudan to review this project and its pioneer role in solving many health problem issues in the State and its significant contributions in improve health services, employment of medical staff and provide professional training. Also the study explore the medical clinical and telemedicine system in the project and how it provide great benefits from sharing professional medical staff through the state in diagnosis and treatment , provides advices to the implicit cases that are unseen by physician through direct contact between physician and consultant via the internet so reducing cost of treatment , saving time and effort in referral and access to health care services , the great benefit of telemedicine system is provide health services to those people who lives in remote rural areas in the state. The study used statistical descriptive to analyze extracted data from Gezira Family Medicine Project (GFMP) used Microsoft Excel sheet, the results published in statistical tabulations to show the numbers and averages of patients seen by each clinic .The number of patients seen by E.N.T clinic is 66, The number of patients seen by Dermatology clinic is 69, The number of patients seen by Obstetric clinic is 89, The number of patients seen by Ophthalmology clinic is 44, The number of patients seen by Surgery clinic is 36, The number of patients seen by Pediatric clinic is 171 and The number of patients seen by Internal medicine clinic is 262. The GFMP make arrangement and time table to each consultant, so he will come to the telemedicine studio in specified time to investigated and make diagnosis for the patients in the clinic. The study recommends to ensuring Telemedicine sustainability, Improvements in access to, and quality of health care, awareness of authentication and authorization of statistical data that might be used for research purpose and development of telecommunications infrastructure. Also study recommends including information about follow up, referral cases and treatment information. en_US
